16. oData: InCRM 2011 there is an oDATA interface. oDATA is RESTfull endpoint and can be called form any client capable of maing a web request. CRUD operations are supported for all CRM entities. It also can format output as JSON which is perfect for use in client side Javascript.
    Enhanced Navigation:
    The new "command bar" replaces teh CRM 4.0 "toolbars" at the top of each page, and is context sensitive. In addition, the "command bar" is fully customizable and you can add your own buttons much like you can with ISV.config file today.
